Gift cards, personalized items, and any item marked as final sale are not eligible for a refund. Certain health and personal care items are also non-refundable.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
